New to pole? This is the perfect place to start! 💕 Our Beginner Pole class is designed to introduce you to the foundations of pole in a fun, supportive, and judgment-free environment.

You’ll learn the basics while building strength, confidence, coordination, and body awareness. No previous pole experience is required—just come ready to learn and have fun!
